     Carrie, Samantha, Charlotte & Miranda, the poster women of the 2000s are back.

We know them as the beginning of an era, an era where the powerful woman became sexy, the fashionista became lovable, the promiscuous girl became a role model and the life planner became realistic.

Women identified with their relationships, their ideals and their sex lives. The 30 – 40 somethings understood them and the 20 somethings couldn’t wait to be them. They were seen all over from lines in movies to citings in rap songs; i.e. Jay-z’s line “She gets Carrie fever…” (speaking of pop icon Ms. Beyonce).

What took so long? With rumored arguments over camera time and payrolls between Sarah Jessica Parker and Kim Cattrall and decisions to stop filming because of the shutter bug paps. The truth is WHO CARES it’s here, a official trailer means it’s real and May cannot come soon enough.
